Two interviews with a very nice recruiter and hiring manager. However, I’m disappointed that I was ghosted. I did not receive any updates on the process and did not receive any response to my follow-up emails; many weeks have passed. A company’s reputation extends into recruitment - candidates are people, they also could be potential clients, potential partners and influencers. Ghosting is not professional, plus it is hypocritical and contradictory of expected service. Unfortunately, I’m not impressed.
