Overall not a great experience. Initial screen was done with the hiring manager, followed by 4 interviews in a two hour block. The meeting was setup with video however nobody from the company actually turned their camera on. Followed up twice following the interviews and never heard back and finally decided they were ghosting me.

They Prefer hiring experience candidates and not some one with good knowledge and skill set ..
Probably they are looking for someone who had already worked in big firms and in banking domain rather than local IT company or other domain.

Question 1
Tech Interview is all about Scrum -Agile methodology and framework
also asked me what Wire-framing, traceability matrix,
Epic, Difference between functional and non functional testing . CV based. 4 stages of testing. etc
First round consisted of few questions on Capital Markets. It lasted for about 30 minutes. It was telephonic.
After a week or two, a WebEx was scheduled from US panel, however no one joined on the other side. I had to wait for 30 minutes & then drop off after intimating the HR.
Then a day after I got a call from HR to login to a WebEx link in 5 minutes. The interview lasted for about 20 minutes. BA processes were asked.
The next day HR took current payslips for making offer. A day later they made an offer.
