I had a phone screening, then an interview with two interviewers, and then called back for another interview with two other people. Most of the questions asked were situational, not technical.

What would you do if a team member were falling behind and not carrying their share of the workload?
Though initially technical, the junior-role interviews focused on behavior. They prioritized cultural fit and strong communication skills over deep technical expertise to ensure the right candidate was selected. Overall, the interview was not difficult but you need to prepare.

one conversation with the recruiter followed by a 6-8 person panel interview. very conversational, already knew the team via internship. No technical questions were asked, just wanted to know how i think/why join the specific business unit.
Started with self intro in HR round.
After that second round scheduled for technical round. Again self intro was done and resume walkthrough. Later past work experience is discussion happened
