The interview process began positively, with clear scheduling and professional interviewers, which made the experience feel structures at the start. However, after completing multiple rounds of interviews and tried to follow up with HR on several occasions, I unfortunately did not receive any feedback or closure. This was disappointing and left a negative impression of the process. Providing timely closure to candidates, even if the outcome is not successful, would make the process more transparent and respectful, and would also strengthen the company's reputation in the market.

Worked with their internal to set up interviews with multiple accounting teams. Interviews were relatively straight forward and more conversational to determine the right fit. All interviews were remote and the process was efficient.
