Group assessment and basic numeracy and literacy tests. Each round a number of candidates would be eliminated. During the assessment the employer will give small group a task to complete. They assess your engagement within the team aswell as your attitude. It is advantageous to be closer to the branch due to its remote location. A full presentation and short video are played so that you have a better understanding of the company.

Was a group interview go through 3 different stages and they do it by elimination. Have to be confident or your not getting the job, probably good if you dont to be fair.
