The interview process initially moved quickly; followed by an odd in person interview with two directors. I prepared for difficult behavioral questions (because I find these the most challenging, where technically I am very confident). The hardest part of the interview was not being asked any questions. Maybe I am not with the times anymore?

Question 1
This was the problem. I wasn't asked any specific questions. Only to elaborate on how I think my experience would fit within the job description provided.
there are three stages:
one interview with hr, after confirming your interest
one interview with hiring manager
one interview with department head
also a simple assessment for basic skills. not really difficult
can complete all in less than 1 month
It was not so so they we’re very rude didn’t explain the process so well no feedback or updates nothing nice they were very rude it felt racist not treated properly
I applied online. I interviewed at Sun Life (Toronto, ON) in June 2023
Interview
I applied online and received an HR Screening call Request within 2 weeks. The HR asked basic admin questions and the usual Why Sunlife and Tell me about yourself. The next Interview was with the hiring manager set after 2 weeks. The Interview with the hiring manager was for 30 mins and she asked very standard Behavioral questions. After this, there was supposed to be a culture fit round with the director. There is no case interview or take-home product assignment.
