The applied online, and then a few days later received a telephone screening call from the recruitment team at Sun Life. This only took around 10 minutes, where they asked me to rate myself from 1 to 10 on a variety of skills (email, web layout, digital analytics etc), potential start-time and salary expectations. After this, I attended two in-person interviews, one with the Digital Director and one with two Marketing Managers. The interviews were a relaxed set-up, where I felt really at ease and welcomed. The questions were around my experience and skills, where I was asked to use the 'STAR' format in my answers.
