The hiring manager was a new intern who was not even knowledgeable about the company when I asked questions about the company. They kept saying they were too busy and couldn't check my emails.

Two stages, first online, with general questions, to get to know you like what do yo do in your free time, what do you like, what was your last job etc. and then a in person interview, more experience questions but not difficult, nice interview environment
