Standard procedures and questions. First interview: 1 interviewer from recruitment. Second interview: 3 interviewers who actually do the job and/or manage. Third interview is TBD but is with the Director of Operations.

Give an example of a time where a client was difficult, and how you dealt with it. (“Difficult” may be defined however you see fit.)
2 step interview process. First with HR high level general interview questions. Second with Director and Manager. They schedule for 90 minutes but it didn’t take that long. The overall experience was great.

From sending in my CV to receiving a contract, the process took two weeks! No personality testing, just two interviews. Very agreeable experience. I would definitely recommend. Sunlife uses ai technology to book appointments which is also very effective

A lot of questions were geared towards personal knowledge of the field. Asking about relevant and transferable stories of claims I had managed to resolution and was proud of.
