The entire hiring process took 6 months. A recruiter reached out to me regarding the position. Then I was interviewed initially by the hiring manager. And I was scheduled to meet the director of the training department. Lastly, I was interviewed by the director of operations.

Interview
There were four overall rounds - HR screening, portfolio review with a senior designer and director, and two leadership conversations with direct manager and AVPs. Process took around two months.
