Great process, all remote with hiring manager. Casual, clear and gave the opportunity to meet others in the team. Overall a great experience that helped me build my confidence greatly. I didn't take the role as my company fought for me to stay.

Very respectful interview. Gave me an hour of uninterrupted attention, tough questions and straight to the point but all done with good intent. Short interview process all up. Quick offline communications too.

I applied online via the Suncorp website after seeing the role on www.seek.com.au. It took about a week for a Suncorp recruiter to contact me. The recruiter was really good in keeping touch and explaining where my application process was at.

There was a series of structured questions (about 6) and it took 60 minutes with one interviewer in the room with me and another connected via videoconference.
