Easy and fun you get an assessment and you kind of role play to get a feel of how you would handle a customer. I enjoyed the assessment part because it showed you a layout of how calls would be taken and notes to write down.

Interview process was very simple, went threw Video interview first then “A Day In the Life” presentation, then in person interview which was followed by shadowing an employee to screen calls.
