I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at T-Mobile (Albuquerque, NM) in Mar 2017
Interview
The application is online. After you fill out basic information and questions they will send you a secondary assessment. There are 4 call simulations that are fairly simple and mostly speed based and several questionnaires that are similar to every other application.
If you pass those they will send you another email telling you to do a video interview. I did it on my computer with a mic, headset, and webcam. They ask a few questions that you give a written response and 3-4 questions that you respond with by video.
After a few days I was sent a invitation to interview in person where I was asked several more questions and did a test call. For the test call they give you a few pages of info to go over for 10 minutes before calling you on the phone in the office. The interviewer then came back and asked me a few more questions
We ended the interview a little early so he let me listen to a few calls while people were taking them which I thought was pretty neat.

Question 1
What is an example of a time you successfully troubleshot and issue and an example of when you did so unsuccessfully?
Young immature know-it-all employees. Asking questions that they couldn't answer themselves I don't know why they want an interview when they weren't even hiring hopefully they never call me again

How did you have a cultural difference in how did you solve it and what would you do if you had a cultural situation
I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at T-Mobile (Tampa, FL) in Nov 2022
Interview
1st a phone screening which was very simple and to the point. 2nd was a f2f with manger that covered my professional experience w/ a role play at the end which was simple if you have experience, may be terrifying if youre a newcomer. But nonetheless, a painless process.
