Structured and fun. I was nervous when I arrived and was quickly put at ease so that I could interview as myself. Once I passed the initial part of the interview I was brought out onto the floor to see what the reps do and to get a feel for the overall atmosphere.

It was the typical what have ypu done to make a negative a positive kond of interview. Pretty easy to do. It was also fun to do it one on one.
