I applied online. I interviewed at T-Mobile (Bellevue, WA) in Mar 2020
Interview
Applied on a company website and had a 30-minute call with a recruiter. Then had a phone screening interview with the director who then set up in-office interview with 5-people team (3 back-to-back interviews). All happened right before the pandemic lockdown. I did well but didn't get an offer perhaps due to the workplace changes from the pandemic.

Question 1
Everyone was taking notes. Most questions were about experience.
I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at T-Mobile in June 2025
Interview
Applied for a position in the US. 3 interviews with 4 interviewers. Over time it became clear that they had a pre-selected candidate and this might have been practice for some of them. Only 1 of them actually read my resume which was pretty disrespectful of my time. Entire process took about a month.
Interview 1: Could tell they did not prepare for the interview and did not read the resume. Could not tell me anything about the job other than it's ambiguous and that I could develop in the role several different ways. Only asked really generic questions like "Why T-Mobile?". Despite this, interview went great.
Interview 2: Interview with two people. One seemed extremely nervous asking me technical questions about things irrelevant to the job posting and my resume experience. I don't think English was their first language, so having a communication barrier was not an ideal experience for either of us. The other individual was very professional and seemed to understand my resume and how it applied to the role. Overall interview went great.
Interview 3: At this point it was clear they had someone else in mind for the role, as the fourth interviewer kept rescheduling our interview. When they finally were able to commit to a time, they seemed annoyed to be on the call (I'm the one not getting paid to be here lol), and rushed through some more 0-prep questions that were basically a repeat of interview 1. Asked me about 10 generic questions, then when it was my turn to ask questions, gave short, uninformative/unknowledgeable, one or two word replies. This interview should have been cancelled as to have not wasted both of our time.
tl;dr - 1 of 4 interviewers actually read my resume, lots of reschedules, disrespectful of your time
