Interview
The interview was lay back. I recommend to anyone to read the company's annual report. It has the company's strengths, weaknesses, culture, culture plans and the history. This was the best interview because I had so much knowledge about the company. I don't have to be taught about the company, since I learned about it on the annual report.

Question 1
When an item is returned, we have to make sure that it has all its original parts, like charger, earphones, wand, etc. If the returned item is incomplete, the store won't get full credit on that return. How can you stop this from happening and how can you get the whole staff on board?
