Two interviews on a panel of other managers that pass you off to the district manager. You’d need to have a 20 minute presentation going over why you are the person for the job and your credentials.

They also want you to demonstrate previous roles.
Straight forward sales and success focused questions. They are looking for open hours and performance driven individuals. Standard one on one interview process with a current store manager and a district manager of the district.
