I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at T-Mobile in Sept 2022
Interview
Very simple process. They went through a packet of questions with me, containing questions regarding customer service experience and any experience I've had in the tech industry (or issues I have resolved on my own). If they make you an offer, they will do a background check. I declined the job offer as I was offered a higher paying job elsewhere.

I applied through other source. The process took 2 days. I interviewed at T-Mobile (Latham, NY) in Nov 2025
Interview
Over the phone quick easy. One with the TD and the current owner of the system, where we talked through the current state of affairs and what I'd do to fix it.
The second was with the Director of HR and the President, where we just had a conversation about values, culture, and what I was like as a person. They asked what my salary expectations were, I gave them my dream number.
