Applied online with resume and cover letter and received a phone call shortly afterwards from the recruiter. She had reviewed my resume with the hiring manager and expressed an interest in moving forward with the interview process.
I was asked to complete a 3-page phone screen describing my experiences in L&D, OD; facilitation and coaching; relationship building/influencing and collaborating.
I then did a phone interview with the recruiter.
About a month later I checked in with her, as I had not heard anything (hiring manager had been busy) and was asked to prepare for a phone meeting and virtual presentation with the hiring manager. Focus of the meeting is below.
I was not asked to go forward. Hiring manager was looking for someone for a difficult client who had "enterprise wide client experience".
