I applied online. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at TEKsystems (Charlotte, NC) in Jan 2014
Interview
The interview process requires several rounds to be considered. The first is a phone screening where you are asked several questions about your experience, reasons for leaving or wanting to leave current position, education, etc. Once you have completed the phone screening you will be contacted by the local office. At this interview you will take a tour of the office, get to sit in on Red Zone, and do a side by side with the other CSA's (if applicable). After this you will be interviewed by the Customer Support Supervisor with behavioral questions. The Director of Business Operations will also interview you either after you leave or while you are at the in person interview. This can be intimidating because the DBO may ask tougher questions. After you have completed the in-person interview you will receive another call or be asked to turn for a "third" interview with someone from another office known as Field Support Supervisor who is over the region. Their questions are by far the worst.

Question 1
How do i handle a busy day with lots of moving parts
I applied through other source. The process took 1+ week. I interviewed at TEKsystems (New York, NY) in June 2019
Interview
Lengthy process, but overall one of the best interview processes I've ever experienced. Started with a general interest phone call + the detailed specifications of the position. Once I had confirmed I wanted to move forward, had another phone interview. Woman I spoke both times with was extremely charasmatic and I felt very comfortable speaking with her. At the end, she even gave me feedback on how I could better interview in the future which was something I had never received and was helpful. Moved on to the third stage of the interview process which was in-person in the office I'd be working within. Overall it was a short conversation to get to know the manager of the team I'd be working with. Throughout the entire process, I enjoyed everyone I spoke to and was quickly given responses regarding whether I would be moving forward or not.

What would your previous manager say is your biggest strength?

Interview
Started with a phone interview, then a face to face interview, and lastly a half day. Half day was nice because I really got to experience the environment and see how everyone interacted with each other. I have never been on an interview with a company that allowed someone to do that.
