Had quick 1:1 interview with recruiter as soon as I submitted for the job. Talked about everything except my skill set during interview. Attempted to set me on several jobs outside my skill set and below my salary range. I was sent through several different recruiters that would all try to send me for the same jobs.

Can we get you to work for less than you requested?
The process was casually and enjoyable. I had a good time talking with the team as they asked an array of technical and cultural questions. It didn't feel like a normal interview. I was not stressed and they were mainly getting a feel for that I knew and how I would handle certain circumstances.

What is the biggest mistake you have made at work?
Introduction interview was nice and informative at a place of your choice to meet up; second interview was set up with the client that discussed your background information. Pretty smooth interview levels and great reps
