Brief. Unorganized. Rushed.
The recruiter was not on the same page with the hiring manager and the current position holder. I was offered a different amount of compensation by the hiring manager, during the interview than what the offer letter that I later received from the recruiter. I had to call the recruiter and tell her I was made an offer.

Easy phone screen with recruiter - basic questions about experience, why I was looking, strengths and weaknesses. He then referred me to the account manager for a more indepth conversation about industry experience.
Found a recruiter that was searching for candidates.
An interview was scheduled for the next day.
They called the next day to let me know what they had available in my area.
