I did about three interviews between TekSystems and the Client but it was all worth it in the end.
I interviewed with my recruiter first - to determine if I would be a good fit or not.
Then a phone interview was set up. Once you get past the phone interview I had a face to face interview with 3 people. I had to draw a diagram to describe how I would gather my acceptance criteria

Interview
TEKsystems has the most impressive means to recruit, screen and interview potential contractors with specific focus on IT and software/systems based opportunities. My Recruiter, the Account Management staff, and the general management team are very diligent and produce excellent results!

Interview
Very informal, difficult to access what they were looking for. Some what silly questions about which web controls need to be used to display what types of information.
