Interview
I submitted a resume for review and received a call to schedule an interview. I met with the CSS and Lead CSA on the team, and received a little more information on the position, as well as the compensation package. I was given a call the same day to invite me to schedule a shadow session with the team. I met with 3 members of the team to go over the roles and responsibilities, and day-to-day activities. Within 48 hours, I received a phone call offering me the position.

Interview
Lengthy process, but overall one of the best interview processes I've ever experienced. Started with a general interest phone call + the detailed specifications of the position. Once I had confirmed I wanted to move forward, had another phone interview. Woman I spoke both times with was extremely charasmatic and I felt very comfortable speaking with her. At the end, she even gave me feedback on how I could better interview in the future which was something I had never received and was helpful. Moved on to the third stage of the interview process which was in-person in the office I'd be working within. Overall it was a short conversation to get to know the manager of the team I'd be working with. Throughout the entire process, I enjoyed everyone I spoke to and was quickly given responses regarding whether I would be moving forward or not.

Started with a phone interview, then a face to face interview, and lastly a half day. Half day was nice because I really got to experience the environment and see how everyone interacted with each other. I have never been on an interview with a company that allowed someone to do that.
