Initial round with the recruiter. She seemed to be nice and explained all the job responsibilities.
Next round was with the account manager. She seemed to be haughty and tried to impose her views on money management. Due to which there was some disagreement.
The next day the recruiter called and said that they are unable to process the resume because of the salary expectations. The same recruiter was okay with the expectations in the beginning.
Also, they said that they want an early joiner and since I did not give them a date of joining (they were expecting me to give them one even before the offer rollout. Suddenly the client was pressing which is totally absurd) they had to drop it. (PS - Had told them all the available options and they had not objected it). A humble request do not play around with the candidate and give them false hope. Transparency and straightforwardness is always appreciated.

The overall process, from scheduling to receiving feedback, was very well-structured and organized. Before the client interview, a brief overview was provided, including important details about the client, the job description, and information about the interview panel members. This preparation made the entire experience smooth and efficient.

Past scenario where faced difficulty in process and overcome process
The interview process was informal and over the phone. The recruiter asked questions based on the contract work. Having decent banter seemed to help and the contract was reviewed. I was offered the job at the end of the interview.
I applied through a recruiter. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at TEKsystems (Chennai)

Teksystems has a really good interview process. Caroline was the hiring manager and she was very kind enough to explain the process of the interview, company information in detail for better clarity in the initial screening itself which created a positive impact. And I was always notified on each process of the interview. She was very transparent and kind on each stage.
