Met with 3 people from Lexmark, they asked me basic interview questions. The atmosphere was relaxed. The interviewers introduced themselves and asked me to sit down while they asked technical, work ethic, and availability questions. The entire process was a bit confusing at first, I was not fully briefed on what the job was from my TekSystems Recruiter.
