Interview
The best initial hiring discussion that I ever had with any recruiter, Shwetha Mudagandur was just perfect. She understood my profile and listened to my needs/aspirations from a job.
The interview process was smooth and discussions helped me get to know what exactly the interviewer was looking for. This helped me crack the interview and get the offer, but had to decline it due to personal and location constraints.
Overall I would say a very good experience and would like to work with them in future, given a chance.

The interview process was straightforward, with a lot of focus on culture fit. The only negative is how long the interview loop lasts, which was a bit over a month for me. The steps I had were:
- Introduction Call
- Multiple Choice focused on language(s) you specialize in
- Introduction Call with Account Manager
- Leetcode style coding challenge (easy and medium difficulty)
- Final Panel with the company the contract is for
The reason I consider the process so easy is because the recruiter will spell out exactly what to expect in each step of the process, making a very pain free process.
