Pretty unorganized, set up the interview for the wrong position led to mass confusion and doubt with the customer and myself, lots of juggling between people in many locations it all worked out
The interview process was web based. And the interviewer was very engaging, and easy to talk to. Lasted a little over 30 mins. I didn't get an offer, but rather options for other positions if needed.
