It was a referral drive I was referred by an employee of Tech Mahindra. The interview included four processes which had online Aptitude, reasoning and English, essay writing, technical interview and HR. Online aptitude is very easy anyone can solve it easily, but there is the sectional cut off and overall cut off for the online aptitude. There will be total 5 sections. a) General English 1. b) General English 2. c) Quantitative aptitude. d) English comprehension. e) Diagram reasoning. And there will be all together 130 questions and you should answer in 80 min. Can finish the test in 80 min but the problem is cut off. I think you should get minimum 100+ to qualify the test. The results will be instant. If you are selected then there will be second round it will be for 10 min of time you have to write an essay on a given topic, within 10 min around 1000 to 1500 words or 8 lines without grammatical errors. Even this result also will get instantly on screen. If you qualify the 2nd round, the third one will be easier it is technical round where you will be asked questions based on your resume programming languages. The questions are basic one only, and final round is HR which is very easy you will be asked questions, introduce about yourself, what will be you in next 5 years, etc overall if you clear three rounds HR will be no matter for you. In order to happen all these, firstly you have to clear online aptitude which is not easy to get 100+ for 130 questions. So guys prepare well for the aptitude. ALL THE BEST
