I applied thru a staffing agency. It was scheduled on weekends. I went there at 11am but I was interviewed at 7pm. No proper planning of RMG

First round about project
Second round was difficult. They asked questions on WAS internals and class loaders

Register to front desh then go to common hall where multiple interview going on at same time, no seperate cabine for interview.
After clearing first round will be asked to go to seperate section where scond round of interview will be held

Having a good time to get into the interview process related to the technical stuff and process related to the client .but offer very less as compared to the market.
