Interview
Tech Mahindra has basically three steps to get in the company for the freshers. First one is written, Second one is technical interview and third one is HR interview.There are few parts in written exam and those are quantitative aptitude,RC,reasoning and story writing. You have clear with minimum score in each part to get in the next one. After clearing written you have to face technical interview and HR interview.
The process starts with an aptitude test, followed by a coding round to assess problem-solving skills. Next is a communication round to evaluate speaking ability, concluding with an interview covering technical and business aspects.

Interview
The interview is very good. Initially they will conduct an aptitude test followed by essay writing ( you have to clear the aptitude test to be eligible for attending the essay writing) . Then TR, then HR. One can be eligible to attend the interview once for every 6 months.
