Your name gets called along with some others into a room and you will be told about the companies project in which you are needed (my case GSK pharmaceuticals) and mostly it is for GSK pharmaceuticals .
Night shift
Freshers preferred (dont keep your salary expectations high it will be near to your previous payroll.)
First round - introduction of yourself, (please prepare well before going you dont get a second chance ) know what is all written your resume as it is a communication round you should not stutter while talking. (You will feel nervous but who cares they won't think twice or reconsider)
Things to remember
- they will ask about yourself
- they will ask you to talk about a general topic of your choice to know your communication skills.
- atleast prepare 3-4 topics before going. (Current global affairs) or some topics where you can speak properly.
Also as this is a US/UK process your English should be good , and fast i mean literally fast.
From the first round mostly 70% will not be able to clear. (No favouritism towards any gender but i saw that mostly women were selected for the next round.
Next round is written/analytical round to check your response and thinking. followed by chat session and finally HR/manager round. You get to know you will get paid 12000/- gross. (Depands how you convince them to hire you.
