Interviews were done via phone. Hiring process and BGC takes 4-6 weeks so be prepared, advisable to wait until BGC is done before leaving previous position. They do have one odd requirement that is you have to do a skype and they have to take a picture of you, evidently to compare wiht you when you finally come to work to make sure its the same person. Must be a big issue in India with fake interviewers.. Not sure...

The interview process evaluates problem-solving, system design, coding skills, AI/agentic understanding, architectural thinking, communication, and real-world application through technical, behavioral, and scenario-based discussions. I have very good experience with it

Everything is organized in a proper way and the first round is technical and second round of interview is Types of questions: more on behavioral (e.g., “Tell me about a time when…”), Situational/hypothetical. Technical deep dives or case studies.
