Lengthy process but the actual interview was unusually short and lacked depth. My recruiter's communication skill needed tremendous improvement and so was the 2nd interviewer who sounded condescending have said tch multiple times during our conversation . They don't really do behavioral interview here. It just felt like I've gone through two phone screening with different recruiters/recruitment supervisor. Very run of the mill. Makes me think that they just hire anyone here. Lack of quality control is scary but then again how will they know when they are also not quality hires?
