I really appreciate the interview opportunity. The Managing Director and Head of Operations were awesome—open, kind, and genuinely supportive. Although I didn’t prepare well, they still took the time to talk with me and even offered guidance. It was a very positive and encouraging experience. I learned a lot through the interview sessions.
