Clear, quick and extensive. I had a phone interview with the recruiter, the hiring manager, the hiring manager's colleagues, 3 persons from the level below the hiring manager (and included one direct report), and the hiring manager's boss. The process was well-executed and gave me confidence in the position and the team.
