I applied online. The process took 6 days. I interviewed at The Hartford (San Antonio, TX) in Nov 2018
Interview
The entire interview process from submitting my application to the actual interview was seamless. The recruiter Shari Fallalha was so personable throughout the entire thing. The interview process was like no other I have ever experienced in my career. You are taken into a room with 11 Managers, you sit at a table with your name on it. You are then asked a question by each Manager. You have 90 seconds to answer the question then the bell rings and the Managers rotate to ask you the next question. Again you have 90 seconds to answer each question. It may seem difficult but I found it more comforting than sitting in an office for an hour trying to "sell" yourself. The Managers never see your resume prior to the interview. Great process all around. I was offered the position and accepted.

Question 1
Not going to disclose the questions but they are the situational questions. "tell me about a time when" type questions. Trust me, you will do just fine.
The interview went well with the hiring manager. She was very professional and great to talk to. The interview consisted of lots of situational questions and behavioral questions. Make sure to be ready to give great answers.

Interview
Initial online word interview that asks you to describe why you want to work here and where do you see yourself in the next few years, recruiter interview easier than the next interview helps if can build rapport with recruiter, and manager interview depending on level of position harder than recruiter interview depends on who you get for the interview may have 1-2 people at the same time.

I applied online. I interviewed at The Hartford (Brea, CA) in June 2025
Interview
After quite a few days after applying online I spoke with a Recruiter. Then about a week later I interviewed through video with 2 managers. Went fairly well. I then got a phone call quite a few weeks later from the recruiter that they hired someone else. This whole process took about a month. Luckily I gave up on them quickly. I’m not interested in working in a bureaucracy. They weren’t worth the commute either. I think they wanted someone with little experience and who would work cheap for them. Good luck training that person.
