First a phone screen with typical behavioral questions. After that, next/final round is one hour behavioral interview with a director and then another hour of a case study. Without getting into too much detail, case study was more on technical side about a insurance company and how to improve its operations (with a process map). A lot of information was provided and after reading through the info provided, you would need to come up with a conclusion in the end. As long as you had a structured and well thought out response, I think it wasn't that bad. I have had a lot of experience doing casing in the past however so I sort of knew what to do. Overall, I had a positive experience and I got very good feedback on my performance.
