I was interviewed by 4 people. What I like about the interview was that I was initially asked to talk about myself. Such things As What are your goals? What is your purpose in life? Tell us what made you want to apply IT Hartford. Each person would ask specific questions about my past career experience and how would I apply those experiences to IT Hartford. In the Interview process I also got a chance to role play.

What do You consider your greatest Accomplishment in Life? What do you consider your greatest failure? What type of value would you be able to add to the company?
The interview went well with the hiring manager. She was very professional and great to talk to. The interview consisted of lots of situational questions and behavioral questions. Make sure to be ready to give great answers.

Initial online word interview that asks you to describe why you want to work here and where do you see yourself in the next few years, recruiter interview easier than the next interview helps if can build rapport with recruiter, and manager interview depending on level of position harder than recruiter interview depends on who you get for the interview may have 1-2 people at the same time.

Interview
After quite a few days after applying online I spoke with a Recruiter. Then about a week later I interviewed through video with 2 managers. Went fairly well. I then got a phone call quite a few weeks later from the recruiter that they hired someone else. This whole process took about a month. Luckily I gave up on them quickly. I’m not interested in working in a bureaucracy. They weren’t worth the commute either. I think they wanted someone with little experience and who would work cheap for them. Good luck training that person.
