Interview
Was contacted to set up interview with HR and followed instructions giving plenty of times to talk. Set it up for 545pm, we contacted to push to 6pm, agreed due to their time constraints. 6pm came and went. Wasn’t contacted by 620pm and sent email stating no longer interested by 623pm received phone call from said person with excuses why they were late and mentioned getting my email.

Two virtual interviews: first is the initial screening, verifying you and your experience, and a little more about the role with one person. Second interview is with two people and ask STAR structured questions.

Initial screening call interview, and then a follow up with team leaders of the role usually 2. They will ask you some STAR format questions and relevant experience regarding customer service.

Interview
The first request was a email to request a phone interview. During the first interview it was two or three behavioral questions and going over on your resume in full. At the end of the call I received a request to schedule the next interview. The second interview with with two individuals a manager and a team lead. They were very nice and made me feel comfortable it felt like a regular conversation with friends.
