Interview
HR called to do a phone screening. I was then contacted to set up a video conference interview with two team managers. After passing that interview, I had a video conference interview with the department director. I received an offer the following week. Overall, the process moved quickly.

The questions were non-technical in nature, even though the position was highly technical. The questions were very basic personality gauges.
