Interview
Well first I applied online, and within 2 days I received an email asking me to take an assessment. Once I passed the assessment, the next day I received an email asking to schedule a phone interview. The recruiter who gave me the interview was really nice! She was a pleasure to talk to. It only took about 15-20 minutes or so. Before hanging up, she scheduled a face to face interview for the following week. Once I came in to the actual interview, I was asked questions from a script packet by two of the departments managers. The questions they asked were behavioral based, ex:explain a time.., describe a time when..., etc. They want you to be as specific as possible. I had a bit of struggle with being more specific. They took turns asking the questions and they would flip throughout the packet and it was noticeable that they did not ask me all the questions on the packet. The next day I had received a call back from the recruiter and was informed that they wanted to offer me the position. I accepted.

Interview
Two virtual interviews: first is the initial screening, verifying you and your experience, and a little more about the role with one person. Second interview is with two people and ask STAR structured questions.

Initial screening call interview, and then a follow up with team leaders of the role usually 2. They will ask you some STAR format questions and relevant experience regarding customer service.

Interview
The first request was a email to request a phone interview. During the first interview it was two or three behavioral questions and going over on your resume in full. At the end of the call I received a request to schedule the next interview. The second interview with with two individuals a manager and a team lead. They were very nice and made me feel comfortable it felt like a regular conversation with friends.
