Interview
Received email from Recruiter about 3 weeks after applying for the position. Spoke with Hiring manager and two other staff members within the first week. The third week I spoke to someone in HR. The 4th week the Hiring Manager told me that if the interviews went well the next step would be to meet with him in person and present for about 30 mins. The recruiter contacted me a week later to let me know that I needed to interview with the Director of the group but he was away on vacation so I had to wait two weeks before speaking to them. Eventually spoke with him and had a great interview and then I heard nothing from the company for 3 weeks. Two weeks into the 3 weeks of no communication I emailed the recruiter to ask if the position had been filled. A week later I received a phone call asking me to meet the hiring manager in person. I traveled out of state to meet with the hiring manager and two additional staff (this brings the total of people I interviewed with to about 7 or 8). Presentation went well and interviews that followed were great. I was never reimbursed for my travel as I was promised. I interviewed with this company over the span of 2 months. Ended up refusing the job offer. Was told that the salary range was 75k-85k and was offered $75k and they refused to negotiate on salary, vacation time, stock options, etc.

The inerview is online. The first one is with the manager. The link of the interview has been sent to the email before the meeting. The second interview will be with the HRBP team. There will also be a third interview with the manager after the second one.

Five rounds, first screening by HR, three technical rounds, one round with the team and final negotiations. Process is well organized and quick. Technical rounds take up most of the time but they are in place to test your skills in-depth.
