Dehumanizing experience. First I was told to record myself talking to a blank screen.
Next level interview was phone with recruiter
Next level was interviewing with manager
Next level was one on one with peers who had not set up their teams calls properly and link was not provided.
Next level was a two hour presentation to a panel of 8, talking about their instrument which I don’t have the proprietary access to. I was asked about how they should perform their SOP, which is not something I would know ?? But I provided suggestions. Then despite all the hours and days I spent on these interviews I was Ghosted!! Nobody even had the courtesy to even write and say thank you for your time!! You were not selected!! I’m never applying here again!!

The inerview is online. The first one is with the manager. The link of the interview has been sent to the email before the meeting. The second interview will be with the HRBP team. There will also be a third interview with the manager after the second one.

Five rounds, first screening by HR, three technical rounds, one round with the team and final negotiations. Process is well organized and quick. Technical rounds take up most of the time but they are in place to test your skills in-depth.
