Several rounds of interviews, all of which emphasized relevant aspects of the job. Little to no "cliche" interview questions. Interviewers seemed genuinely interested to discern fit between job and candidates.

The inerview is online. The first one is with the manager. The link of the interview has been sent to the email before the meeting. The second interview will be with the HRBP team. There will also be a third interview with the manager after the second one.

Interview
Five rounds, first screening by HR, three technical rounds, one round with the team and final negotiations. Process is well organized and quick. Technical rounds take up most of the time but they are in place to test your skills in-depth.
