Thomson Keene interview questions

Was invited for an interview at Tempest had some experience in recruitment whilst studying, but it wasn’t enough for them. I sometimes wonder what they looking for tbh!! For a trainee role where they claim that experience is not an issue bla bla they sure were concerned if I had worked in a target driven environment before. I have worked myself to the bone off at uni and gained experience at another recruitment firm but apparently it isn’t enough !
