- Friendly and supportive management - As it is a small office, you feel valued as an individual - Fun activities e.g. Christmas party, regular socials - Can work one day a week from home - Able to be independent and manage own workload - Lots of opportunities for progression If you want a career in recruitment, this firm is ideal. You can learn a lot and your hard work is rewarded. The managers are very approachable and offer good advice. Whilst recruitment was not for me, I'm glad I worked here because I was able to develop a lot of useful skills and I worked with some great people!
