Very quick, 30 minutes phone pre screening plus one f2f (1 hour) in the office. They asked me mostly about my experience but also about my personality. They asked me about any personality test that I took in the past.

Primero tuve un primer contacto con el HR Director. Después tuve una Entrevista presencial y personal con el director de RH y entrevista presencial con HR admin. Entrevista telefonica con HRBP. DEspués me explicaron el puesto, me extendieron el role y la carta oferta.

Hiring and interview process are quite normal as compare to any other organizations and they are still in old age to use papers. Please use the latest technology and make it faster. However, they have updated to Workday soon
