      Hiring interview process is ridiculous. Exam passed, initial passed but my question is why they need to ask me to search financial terms? The next interview i think is a team leader they will always ask why are you leaving your job. They are not that accomodating. I hope the management will soon find out that the team leaders are not accomodating during the interview. I will get their name soon as this not how the interview should be i will report them to the management

      The interview process with HR and the Hiring Manager was fine. It’s just that the dont keep their promise of letting the applicant know what’s the status of the application. They told me that I will get a phone call if I passed the Hiring manager interview likewise if I dont. I have to ask them what’s the status since it’s been couple of days without hearing anything from them. worst application ever experienced. I just got an email prompt from workday that I was not chosen for the role.

      I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Thomson Reuters (Taguig) in June 2015

      Interview

      First, you'll have an aptitude exam (BUPLAS, as they call it). If you pass, you'll go to the second exam which is a typing test. Next, you'll have the financial assessment exam, this is not a pass or fail exam. This is basically to determine if you're suitable to be in their financial account. Then, you move on to the interview with the Team Manager. After the interview, there will be some feedback, and he told me I passed. Last phase would be the final exam with the Operations Manager.
