Starts with a written test and then proceeds to a one on one, and subsequently a panel dicussions. They test company news knowledge, the ability to prioritise news stories and working under pressure.

Applied online. Had an initial phone call, followed by a written test in translation and news writing, then a final stage interview with a team leader and HR manager. The whole process took five weeks.
Communication was good throughout, but after the final stage interview I received an impersonal rejection email and got no response when I enquired as to the reason.

The interview process is fairly straightforward. First round of interview was more of an icebreaker. After that, I did a writing test. Second round of interview was more formal and more focused on my experience, what the role is offering as well as expectations etc. Also any outsanding questions from both ends
